I have seen families face

the expense and stress of litigation when they find themselves unprepared for a loved one’s incapacity or death. During those difficult transitions, conflict can often arise, even in the closest-knit families. I have made it my mission to help clients who want to leave behind a legacy of more than just financial and physical assets, but of their wisdom and love for their family members as well.

At Dignity & Trust Law, PLLC, I help clients prepare a plan that makes for a smooth transition from their hands to their loved ones’ hands. The greatest gift a person can give their loved ones is one that helps them avoid the heartache, mess, and stress of ending up in court for incapacity hearings, probate, and resolution of familial conflict.
